NEXGA is a South East Asian professional esports organisation that is based out of Malaysia - founded by Jonathan Yap and Adrian Ooi.
NEXGA's current focus is on FPS game titles, VALORANT and were also previously in CS:GO with eventual plans to move into CS2. Future plans also include ventures into MOBA titles like Dota2 and League of Legends.
NEXGA currently has a diverse range of talents that hail from around South East Asia.

JONATHAN YAP
Co-founder
Jonathan Yap is a well-known name in the esports industry particularly in the FPS title CS:GO for many years now. Not many people are lucky enough to have been able to pursue a career with passion but Jonathan is lucky enough to have had a career in esports throughout. His passion has always been with esports and through his passion "Next Generation of Aces" was formed. With significant coaching experience to back him up, he was most notably the head coach Of Malaysian CS:GO Team "Darkhorse". He very clearly understands the potential of this region in FPS titles and hence wants to use his previous coaching experience to help nurture future players hailing from the South East Asia region.
ADRIAN OOI
Co-founder
Adrian Ooi has had experience managing various start-up companies over the years and has held General Manager positions most recently with a public listed US-based company. An entrepreneur at heart, he has been involved in various industries and has always been part of a team that had a start-up like environment or which was undergoing significant change management. He has had experience working with multiple clients from various countries in South East Asia, Australia and East Asia. Chancing upon this challenge, he decided to delve into the esports industry with Jonathan and together they have a very clear vision on the way forward.
